Meetings:

-       IGM – 21/01/2025: Inaugural meeting of the CPG, with the Nuclear Industry Association appointed as Secretariat and Vaughan Gething MS confirmed as Chair.

-       18/03/2025: Discussion on opportunities for the civil nuclear sector in North Wales, with a particular focus on new nuclear at Wylfa and Trawsfynydd.

-       13/05/2025: Private dinner between Secretariats and CPG members discussing plans for the CPG over the coming months and priorities. Dinner held in Tŷ Hywel.

-       24/06/2024: Discussion on the UK civil nuclear policy landscape, including Great British Energy – Nuclear and ongoing consultations in Westminster.

-       16/09/2025: Discussion on the skills and employment landscape of the Welsh civil nuclear sector.

Annual Financial Statement:

During the reporting period, the CPG held four formal meetings. At each meeting, refreshments (including teas, coffees, water, and lunch) were provided. In addition, a private dinner was held between the Secretariat and Senedd CPG members.
